Preparations

Step 1

Peel and grate cucumbers. Peel all veggies. Dice potatoes. Slice carrot. Cut in half celeriac and onion.

Step 2

Add celeriac, carrot and onion, olive oil, onion, allspice and bay leaves to a pot. Add 2.5L of water. Cook for 30min.

Step 3

Boil water for cooking rice and cook the rice (but take it off before it becomes soft as it will cook in the soup as well).

Step 4

Add potatoes and cook for 15min.

Step 5

Remove celeriac and onion.

Step 6

Add grated cucumbers, rice, MSG and soy sauce. Cook for 15min.

Step 7

Add heavy cream.
